For roughly 5-10 minutes, querying was degraded for some customers. We temporarily lost both redundant hosts of each pair for a partition in the query engine for Honeycomb (a random hardware failure in one of them and an uncoordinated deployment-related restart in the other) and consequently had a brief gap in service.
The system self-recovered and everything should be normal.
